Hi I have a smallish old camper so i'm not required to have seat belts in the back but i want to have some fitted so i can securely fasten child restraint seats so i can take my grandkids out together.. The large bed is a permanent fixture across the back and i think the child seats should be able to be fastened on top of this.. They have to be able to be removed and added fairly easily.. have you any idea who i should go to for a bit tricky fitting job like this?? I need it done very secure and safely :)

We live in Whangamata and I have a grandchild who now has to make regular trips to hospital in Thames and Hamilton.. A present she rides in the front seat but but there is no way to take along another grandchild. It would be much nicer if we could make these trips multi purpose..

Unfortunately, it's not just as simple as fitting a belt unless the vehicle already has factory seat belt mounting points. Any modification which entails installing seat belt mounts needs to be signed off by a Low Volume Vehicle engineer, as the seat belt mountings need to be certified.
I'd suggest talking to someone at LVVTA who will be able to guide you through the process.
