How much does this generally cost? This is for a 2007 Toyota Wish

I'm not sure this would be a good idea as I don't think there's space for a full size spare, and space savers are perfectly fine as a temporary "get you home" wheel.
However, if you do have room and really want a full size spare, I'd suggest a second hand wheen from someone like Parts Connection and a decent but not overly expensive new tyre from the likes of Firestone.
You should be able to get a second hand wheel and new tyre for under $200.
