I have a Toyota Surf 1993 and "need" to modify or build a custom rear bumper. I have fitted 4x recovery hooks for off roading and If i need to use the rear ones it will rip my bumper off. I was considering removing the standard bumper and replacing it with a thick rubber running around the back with slightly different lines. Thanks
