Is it possible to easily convert a single wheel truck to a dual wheel one?

I believe there are dual wheel conversion kits on the market, but you'd need to have them installed by a heavy vehicle specialist and have the conversion inspected and signed off by a Low volume vehicle certifier or a Heavy Vehicle Certifier if the vehicle is over 3500kg.
Therefore, speak to a truck mechanic and LVV certifier or Heavy Vehicle Certifier before considering such a conversion.
