Hi,

I bought a 2004 Honda Odyssey Japan import. It has a navigation system with DVD navi player which ihas some Japanese language and is not working. Looks like manufacturer brand is GATHERS.

I want to remove the player but I don't know how to open it.

Can you please guide me how to un- install it.

Hi there,
It does look like the two little side panels unclip and you should be able to access the mounting screws that are holding the unit in.
You will need to carefully unplug the connections, and I recommend placing a cloth on the dashboard to prevent scratches.
It may be necessary to take the vehicle to an installer company to remove and fit a new unit or pocket to fill the hole.
