Hi on the 12/4/17 I popped a $100 pre-arrival deposit (refundable car sales man said) on a car which the car yard reckoned would arrive on the yard 13/4/17 which it didnt due to storm holding up boats following week the sales man said it was in NZ but was awaiting getin its compliance done. I continued to query when car would arrive etc each time was told it would be here the followin day or in a day or twos time. It has now beeb nearly a month and after alot of tryin to get ahold of the guy hes still sayin its comin but held up at compliance and cant give me a date that theres loads of cars being processed still my question is .... How long does a compliance normally take as im beginning to feel like Im being taken for a ride and is it likely that caryard would have no odea whentheyd get their cars in. Would love some advice as to whether I should wait (as car looks like what im after) or should I start tryin to get my money back after a few emails n txts last wk sales guy eventually replied and did say I could get my money back if i wished (my biggest issue is that I hear zip from him unless I chase him up ALOT before he replies
