We're looking at buying a family car (fairly large as we still need it to fit a back facing car seat) but would like a car with both power and the best fuel efficiency relative to the power. This car is to be our second car and used mostly for weekend trips and long distance travel and we'd like it to be capable of towing a small lightweight trailer. Our preference is to spend less than $20k but preferable somewhere between $10-$15k. Do you have any suggestions as to a couple of car options?

Hi there,
A few popular choices of sedan come to mind, with fairly good fuel economy, just to name a few.
Mazda 6/ Atenza
Subaru Legacy 2010+
Volkswagen Passat Diesel 2012
Toyota Camry Atara/ Aurion Sportivo
Honda Accord Euro.
