Hi, I am planning to buy a NZ new 2013 model Mitsubishi Outlander 4wd. However this car has ran 114,000 kms and was a leased vehicle with one owner. (http://www.westendautos.co.nz/vehicle.aspx?stockno=2271)

Is there any problem to buy leased vehicles and can I have any trouble with resale?
