Are these cars reliable as people movers?

Hi there,
These vehicles are not too common here, so we have little information on them.
But they are based on a Toyota Vitz, which is a great little car.
The engine looks to be reliable, and it has a CVT transmission and Toyotas don't really seem to have many issues with their transmissions.
So as a combination on paper, the vehicle looks to be a good choice but the engine is fairly small which would be good on fuel, but may struggle if the vehicle is loaded up.
