I just bought my first car a month ago and have not got it checked out yet. Looks good when you pop the hood (oil, coolant, clean look), not sure if the engine has been cleaned, but I have concerns about the battery. It's happened to me three times now, have to turn the ignition twice to get the car started. I don't have the time for a break-down on the road. It drives smooth, no funny noises and main concern is the start up.

2005 Nissan Teana 75,500km. WOF due next year.
Any suggestions on what I should do?
Which AA services should I use?

I presume you mean that the engine cranks over fine, but doesn't always fire up first time? If this is the case, it's unlikely to be the battery and more likely to be something on the ignition side, perhaps the spark plugs are getting old and worn or the car is due for a service?
I'd suggest making a booking with an AA Auto Service Centre or an AA Licensed Repairer to have this problem looked at.
