Hey ,
I got Subaru b4 sedan and after running few km's it smells like leaking oil and sm times visible fumes cm Out . I took it for inspection nd mechanic told me dat it got leaky cover gaskets nd need to replace nd it gona cost 560$ .
I need an advice if it is genuine rate or not

Yes this sounds like a fair price.
I would make sure genuine parts are used and they are replacing the washers aswell.

Twin cam subaru engines have quite a process the replace the rocker cover gaskets, and can leak very easily if not replaced correctly. They are also time consuming, I would expect the workshop to take around 3 hours for this job.
There are a lot of parts to remove to access the covers, and all the coils need removing to get the covers off. Might also be worthwhile asking them to check or replace the sparkplugs while they are there.
