I have a 2005 Mazda Verisa which I usually put 95 in. I went to BP today and the guy said it's fine to put 98 in so I did. And filled my oil up. Now my car is smoking a lot. I pulled it over to park and lost power. It's a white/gray smoke. Would it be the petrol or oil? and should I be worried?

I would say the oil if anything could be the problem. It may be overfull, or a breather issue causing oil to be sucked into the intake.
May be a job for a mechanic, or roadservice if you are stuck.
