Hi everyone I have made a lot of calls today to government agencies.

The key to this proving a few things they are:

This is a safety issue. The fact that the car can not be warranted with this fault confirms this. I am not sure if anyone is aware of any accidents that coukd have been attributed to these cars and the failed abs.

Yes we do need copies of accounts or quotes with warranty of the new and reconditioned parts.

I believe this is a bigger issue than each of us indivually

Please can you get people to sign up of the Facebook page.

Hi

I have my car parked up and have borrowed a friends car.

My request to ACC has been treated as an official information request. This means that they have 20 days to action my request. They have forwarded this to NZTA. So NZTA will have two requests for information from me.

I will keep you posted.

I will keep up my battle if I see that others are actively supporting me. We need to get more details on the price of part around the country and support of people in preparation of going to Fair Go.
