I purchased a personalised plate but now wish to revert to the old number plate on my car. Is that possible?
The latest plate is a personalised plate with a chosen sequence, the plate I wish to revert to is a personalised plate but with the government issued number.

Personalised plates can be changed at anytime and kept in order to sell or put on a replacement vehicle. This can be done at an inspection/ licensing agent.
Government issue "standard" plates regardless of what number and letter combination will never be personalised, can't be switched to any other vehicle and once removed, must be handed back to the agent for destruction.
