hi I was just wondering I have had my licence 6 months and I live out in the country and to get to school I drive I was just wondering would it be possible to get an exemption to bring her to school and take her to any sports or after school commitments?? please help me :)

Hi there, the licence regulations state that if you are on your restricted.
You can take passengers without an exemption.
If the passenger.
Is your spouse, husband/wife/partner.
Children who live with you and are under your or spouses care.
Your parent or guardian.
Relatives who live with you and who receive a social security benefit (eg the jobseeker support, sole parent support or supported living payment benefits)
Someone you look after as their primary caregiver
