Would I pass a warrant of fitness with combined coloured running light (blue) and turn signals (yellow), in addition to the existing standard indicators.

See item at: http://www.schroedie.de/en/For-BMW-K-Series/K1200RS-K1200GT/Lighting-Electrical/K1200RS-GT-two-colour-emblem-indicator-lights.html

Thanks for your advise.

It depends where the lights are located, and what colour. Please follow the links to the NZTA wof regulations.

A daytime running lamp must be white or amber.
A direction indicator lamp must emit a light that is substantially:

a) white or amber to the front, and

b) red or amber to the rear, and

c) amber to the side.
