Hi,

Our car was hit on a flush median while pulling into it to make a right turn by a car (A) which was trying to skip a single lane queue by driving on the flush median. As the car in the single lane queue (B) had left a gap to let us moving into the flush median, our view was blocked by (B) and there is no way that we could see (A) coming. I have attached a diagram showing where our car, car A and car B were, hopefully to make the situation clearer. Are we responsible for the costs to the damages of car A?
