I purchased a car just before Xmas. The car had issues which I pointed out. The dealer asked me to take car back after the holidays. Since then they have had the car twice and it's still not done. Now they have told me I am not to step foot on the car yard again. The issues have not been fixed and all I got was empty promises.
Im now at the stage where I want this whole deal to go away.
The car shouldn't have passed it's wof check. How can I get this sorted and go buy a car if someone worth dealing with? Help.

It sounds like you have given the dealer the first right of repair and several opportunity to repair the vehicle. If things are dragging on you can't come to a solution It may pay you to dispute this in the Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal, an adjudicator can look at the case and make a decision based on the evidence you provide.
Additionally if you believe it shouldn't have passed a warrant of fitness you should bring evidence of this the tribunal to support your case.

Thanks. The wof issuing agent wants car back as I sent them pics and they admitted it's below their normal standard. It's what happens after this as car dealer has made it clear they want nothing to do with the car anymore. I want out of the deal as they are just impossible to deal with.
