Children and pets locked in cars

Locking a child in the car can be very traumatic and often by the time help arrives there is a hysterical parent and upset child. Temperatures outside a vehicle may only be 25 degrees however inside the vehicle temperatures can rapidly rise to 40 degrees or even 60 degrees.
