Each year 180,000 AA Members are asked to take part in an online car satisfaction survey. This survey in run by the AA, in conjunction with J.D. Power.
Survey questions range from purchase experience to reliability of both new and used vehicles. Almost every aspect of car ownership is covered.
Survey results tell us the top new and used cars, which dealerships are difficult to deal with and which deliver on their promises. The top new car receives the J.D. Power Customer Satisfaction Award at the annual AA Motoring Excellence Awards.
Vehicle Ownership Satisfaction Survey 2009
Honda achieved the highest score for overall satisfaction for new cars in the 2009 Vehicle Ownership Satisfaction Survey, and was the winner of the Customer Satisfaction Award at the AA Motoring Excellence Awards.
Who took part?
Nearly 4,000 new car owners and over 11,000 used car owners took part in the 2009 survey.
