If the topic appears in the subject list, it means we're forwarding the query on. For example, driver licensing enquiries are directed to the NZTA helpline - only select "Driver Licensing" for messages to be forwarded to the NZTA.

For pre purchase inspection queries or cancellations, call the location where your inspection is booked. You can find this number on your booking confirmation or on your Pre Purchase Inspection Report.
