You can ask us - if we've got the answer, we'll tell you or we'll find the right person or organisation to help. We'll give you general motoring advice about:

  • Car repairs and servicing
  • Car care and maintenance
  • Mechanical bills
  • Insurance valuations
  • Technical problems
  • Advice on specific car makes and models
  • Car road test reports
  • Temporary exportation (Carnet system)
  • Importing a car for your personal use

We can also give you general legal advice on motoring issues. You may be referred to a solicitor for further advice or professional representation. If you're an AA Member, we may even pay a portion of any legal costs incurred.
