The beautiful Fantail Apartment offers quality private quiet self contained accomodation on the ground floor of our turn of the century villa.
Seperate spacious combined lounge and bedroom . As shown in the photos.

Enjoy the large sunny deck to relax and watch the cruise ships pull into the harbour.
We have frequent native bird vistings from Tui, Native Wood Pidgeon ( Keruru) and cheeky FanTails.
Short walk down to Napier's only sandy bay and Ahuriri.
All linen is provided - lovely cotton sheeting and towels. Extras available on request.
We set up the apartment with tea,sugar and plunger coffee.
Toilet paper,complimentary soap and cleaning products are also provided.
Fresh salad veges and herbs are often available from our organic garden - feel free to help your self.
We also have available the lovely TUI apartment which is larger and has a full kitchen.
