Do I need to get all wheels balanced and aligned?

The wheels receiving the new tyres (front) should definitely be balanced as well and this is normally factored into the price. If the tyres have worn unevenly or there is an imbalance then the wheel alignment and balancing for all wheels should be carried out too.
