I would like to know if I can change a diesel engine in a 2006 l300 to a petrol engine without too much difficulty. Or am I best not to attempt it at all. I presume that the electrical wiring may be quite different ?

This would be a tricky time consuming conversion, the wiring and electronics would all be vastly different, It would be more cost effective to simply source a petrol l300.
