Hello
I’m considering buying a new car and am looking at either the MG ZS or Kia Stonic LX, because of their reasonable prices.
Would you recommend either of these over the other, or are there any comparable cars I should consider?
Many thanks

Hi we have reviewed variants of both of these vehicles and I have attached links, to be honest they are both pretty good, and we haven't had any complaints to date.

There is a new Havel Jolion that could be worth a look however its power plant is based on the older H2 which is a bit thirsty.
Another one you should probably check out is the Mitsubishi ASX I see specials from 27,990 +ORC

Thank you for this response Ian.
Because of the rebate being offered for EVs now, I’m wondering if the MG ZS EV is a more cost effect option over time at $49,000 (given the cost of petrol etc) ... as it would work out around $40,000 after the rebate.
It seems a cheap price compared to other EVs - is there anything wrong with it, or things that make it not as good as other EVs?
Many thanks

Hi we have done a review on this model a while ago,
It seems like a pretty good option we have not had any complaints yet.
This model compared well next to say a CX-5 price and spec wise.
The range isn't the biggest at 263 km but it is still very usable especially in urban areas, remember that real world driving can reduce this lets say by 20 percent.
