so my passenger wing mirror has slight cracks but i can still see out of it clearly can i pass with that ?

The inspection manual states the following

Reasons for rejection-
A rear view mirror..

a) does not provide a clear view to the rear of the vehicle, or

b) is not sufficiently isolated from vibrations
