Was doing a turn in a car park building, which has higher than usual kerb at the corner, I made a wrong judgement and caused the frame on passenger behind side back door scratched all the way to the end.

As you can see it pushed middle part of it in a little bit and it's no longer flat, but it's not really that deep though, my question is would this fail a WOF?

Because It is the sill It may cause potential WoF issues, I would contact your insurance provider and put in a claim, alternatively run it past a inspection center for an assessment.
It may require more significant work than you think.
