hi there,i have called the AA for either bronze or silver service for my bmw x1 2.0L,im not too sure if AA use recommended oil for my car which is castrol 5w30w fully synthetic?the other thing is can i purchase my recommended oil separately and AA change it for me?(just worried if the correct oil will not use by AA).

It would be best if you gave the centre a call directly as the oil used may vary on centre location. I'm sure they will be able to use oil you have supplied if you are not happy with what they have on site.
Oil suppliers can often list a few options for any given vehicle (fully, semi, mineral), but the exact type the customer prefers/uses would need to be communicated.
