I'm currently looking at purchasing a 1995 izuzu bighorn 3.1 diesel Manuel and I'm wondering if theres any common problems I should look for or be aware of?

I have heard about steering box mounting issues, injection system and cylinder head cracking faults. So best to see what work the vehicle has had by now as it might have been done at some stage or about to require ongoing work to keep it running in the future. There is a potential to inherit a lot of problems with a vehicle of this age and it may be hard to know what is faulty and requires repair or just the vehicle showing its age.
