Hi there,
I had another problem with starting this car, the brake got so stiff
I couldn't push it down thus I couldn't start the car, after the mechanic
looked at it, he said just push it harder or pump it several times.
I think it is not normal, what would be the cause ? This is just 2 years old car.

Hi there,
The way most vehicle braking systems operate is that while the engine is running your brake booster keeps the brake pedal easy to press. However once the engine stops and you press the pedal a few time the vacuum assist is used up and the pedal will become very hard to press. This can happen if you unknowingly press down on the pedal a few times before you exit the vehicle after the engine has been switched off. I recommend trying this so you can see the difference and see if this is what is happening.
If this is the case, it is not a fault with the vehicle but part of its normal operation.
If you are not sure, please see a Honda agent for assistance.

Thank you very much for your good advises,
also I got good advise for key handling from the mechanic AA had sent to me
I am so glad I joined AA membership. Car companies seem to all go for holiday
(conveniently) when they think complaint is coming.
Thank you AA.
