Is it illegal to have a crocheted steering wheel cover? Will I fail my WOF?

Hi, there is nothing crochet specific we could find, however it may be a reason for rejection if the following condition occurs...
The steering wheel:
-Has a rim covering which is insecure so that the directional control of the vehicle is affected.
