I had my 2012 Holden SV6 serviced at 90000 kms with a silver service. When I picked it up there was a shudder and a graunch noise when starting but dissapeared when started
I took it back and they had it for a day but could not get the shudder to repeat and there was no warning light.I took it to a Holden dealer today who told me it had 2 litres of oil in it and it took 4 litres before showing up on the dipstick.I think a major error has been made.I went to the AA service today and they said not possible for them to underfill the car?

You should have the Holden dealer to put their findings in writing so that it can be presented to the workshop. Send us a copy of their report to aatech@aa.co.nz and we can advise you from there.
