Forum Fuel and economy Fuel Type For 2001 Toyota D4 engine with Iridium Spark Plugs

I bought a second hand Toyota Gaia with D4 engine and Iridium Spark Plugs. What is the required
fuel type ( 91 or 95 Octane) for this engine? The engine plate stated that Iridium Spark Plugs must be used.

The higher the octane the better for this engine.
