I own a 2003 generation2 used import Toyota Prius.

Would it be OK to use bio fuel in this car?

The official line from Toyota NZ is that all Japanese domestic vehicles (used imports) are compatible with ethanol bended fuel from 2003 onwards.

Pre 2003 are recommended to have their fuel lines replaced before using the blended fuel exclusively.

I don't see a problem with the occasional top up with a 10% blend to be honest for pre 2003 models.

Based on that information your vehicle should be fine.
