An intersection I use has two stop signs adjacent to (rather than opposite) each other. The other two sides of the intersection are uncontrolled (deemed to be a through road even though is a right angle corner). I frequently approach one of the stop signs with the second stop sign on my right. Clearly I give way to vehicles on my right if they are proceeding straight through (normal give to your right situation). But who has right of way if the vehicle on my right is turning right across my intended (straight ahead) path?

Hi there,
The Roadcode give way rules states that if a vehicle is turning, it must give way to all who are not. https://www.nzta.govt.nz/resources/roadcode/about-driving/the-give-way-rules/
