My son and his partner who had brought their 2004 Demio from 2CheapCars Blenheim Road, Christchurch in April 2019 (4 months ago). Our son had taken the car to Reddock Performance the customer service for 2cheapcars to repair the tyre on Saturday 17 August 2019. Our son and his partner have been driving around since with the space saver wheel. I contacted the Reddock Performance mechanic and customer service for 2cheapcars today and they advised that the tyre was wear and tear. Can you advise of our legal rights and laying a complaint. I think the time-frame of 3 weeks to initiate a response from 2cheapcars and the Reddock Performance mechanic is shoddy and unprofessional.
