I have a 2014 Mazda CX5. Where can I get folding mirrors installed. How can I tell if there are motors in the mirrors so I know if I need to get the full works or just a kit.

Hi there,
These cars would either have the system in from factory (mirrors, wiring, and switches) or nothing. I don't think it's a type of system that can be retrofitted at a later date. But it would be best to consult a Mazda agent to see if it can be done.

You are correct the item is unavailable in NZ, they do have the item on eBay, purchasing from the US requires the use of a third-party distributor to ship the item to NZ.

I was told when I bought it I could get a kit to install, typical bloody car manufacturers, they should be install in every car, with mass production and the low rate they pay the workers they probably only save about $20 a car which amounts to millions they will earn with the volume of cars they produce.,
