My vehicle is due for its WOF and Registration during lockdown and I use it to get essentials. What do I do?

Hi there,
The Ministry of Transport has advised that any WoF that expires while we are on lockdown will be classed as current for the duration of the lockdown- and then once the sites are open you may go and update the Wof. I recommend updating your registration online before your WoF expires so that it remains current in the system even if you may not get a new label in the post for a little while. If the car has a problem that would otherwise fail a WoF then it is advised not to use it and essential repairs may be able to be undertaken. https://www.aa.co.nz/membership/important-covid-19-update/covid-19-faq/
