Hi
How do I find the owner of a vehicle with only the number plate information?
They backed in to us and drove off, however we have a witness.

Hi Brent,
Due to NZ privacy law, it is not possible for a you to find out a vehicle owners name or contact details from a number plate. The best thing would be to contact the police and your insurance company.
