My house fronts a narrow street with a narrow footpath. The road clearly has yellow lines indicating no parking. Cars frequently park on the footpath hindering or blocking access to my residence. I have made frequent representations to the local council however while managing the problem during working hours they are not forthcoming after hours. What action can I take?

Hello, if vehicles are being parked where they shouldn't be you can call the council to have the vehicle ticketed this should in time create a deterrent.

Unfortunately if vehicles are parking in this manner outside of working hours you might want to note the vehicles details and pass them onto the council during work hour for them to look into further.
