• As a reminder, there is no cover in place for lockdowns, changes in government alert levels, quarantine or mandatory isolation applying to a population or part of a population. There would be no cover in place for the travel suspension to Australia.

• Airlines may have their own policies in place for flights cancelled due to COVID-19 and you should contact the airline in the first instance.

• If you need to make amendments to your policy, please contact Allianz Partners Customer Care team at 0800 630 115.

• If you took out a policy and travelled to Australia prior to the travel suspension taking place, cover remains in place as usual however you cannot claim for costs arising from the suspension of quarantine-free travel.

• If you contract or are suspected to have contracted COVID-19, you are encouraged to seek medical attention and contact Emergency Assistance on +64 9 486 6868.

• Cover ends when you return to your normal place of residence or by the expiry date shown on the Certificate of Insurance, whichever is the earlier date.
