Competition Terms and Conditions: Win a Wellness Prize Pack!

1.       Entry:
To enter the competition, participants must complete the campaign entry form available on the campaign landing page. Only one entry per person is permitted. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be considered.

2.       Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as amended or modified from time to time.

3.       The promotion is being run by The New Zealand Automobile Association (Incorporated) located at Level 5, 20 Viaduct Harbour Avenue, Auckland 1040 (the “Promoter”).

6.       Prize Redemption: The Promoter will contact the winner via email with details of the prize redemption process.

7.       Winner Contact: If the Promoter, having made up to 3 attempts to contact the winner, is unable to do so 5 calendar days after the announcement date, then the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.

The Prize

8.       If a winner is under the age of 18 on the date the prize is drawn, their prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.

9.       If a winner does not choose to accept a prize, the prize will be forfeited, and a further draw will be conducted from the remaining entries.

10.       The prize must be taken as offered and cannot, whether in whole or in part, be redeemed for cash, transferred or exchanged, except at the Promoter’s sole discretion. All other expenses associated with the prize is the responsibility of the winner.

11.       By accepting the prize, you agree to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing activities relating to the prize including but not limited to being interviewed or photographed. The Promoter reserves the right to use your comments, image and name for advertising and publicity purposes in any media, including but not limited to national newspapers, magazines, radio, television and online, in perpetuity without compensation.

12.       In determining the prize winner, the Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

-  any tax liabilities that may arise from winning the prize.

-  any prize that may be lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way after it leaves its possession.

-  any loss (including indirect and consequential loss) or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion including the supply of goods or services by any person to the prize winner(s), and where applicable to any persons accompanying the prize winner(s);

o   excludes all warranties in relation to the quality, suitability or merchantability of a prize; and limits its liability, and that of its employees or agents, for breach of any rights a consumer may have to the payment of the costs of having the prize supplied again.
