Abel Tasman Canyons

3 Thomason Ave,, Motueka , New Zealand, 7120 - View the map

Our canyoning adventures take place in three stunning parks: the famous Abel Tasman National Park, the wild and remote Kahurangi National Park and the more accessible Mount Richmond Forest Park. On our canyoning trips you’ll access places that normally stay hidden from view. Trips are guided by professional guides and all your canyoning equipment is supplied. Just bring a swimsuit, a towel, a pair of closed toed shoes and a bit of attitude. Abseiling, sliding, jumping and ziplining through Torrent River’s stunning water carved canyon provides the perfect mix of adventure, untouched natural beauty, laughs and good times. This high action adventure gives everybody the opportunity to take one, or as many steps as they like, out of their comfort zone, it’s all up to you! The water is so clean you can drink it right out of the river! That gives you a good idea of how pure this place really is. We give you the chance to feel like a kid as you work on perfecting your backflips safe in the knowledge that our guides are looking out for your safety. We also capture photos and video of you styling it, so you can relive the moments for years to come. Add the included two water taxi rides along the stunning Abel Tasman coastline and you’ll be sure the leave the ‘Top of the South’ with an everlasting smile (or you might stay forever!)..
