We are perfectly situated within 1km of the city centre, restaurants, casino, sports facilities (Seddon and Gallagher Park), Founders Theatre and Wintec. Enjoy a walk across the road to Lake Rotoroa and Innes Common (boardwalk and native bush) or watch the early morning hot air balloon rides. Waikato and Braemar hospitals are a 2-minute drive away and a 5-minute walk to Angelsea Clinic.

We have 13 spacious studio units (sleeps 1-3) and 5 family studio units (sleeps 1-5) with king-size beds, mini kitchens, tea/coffee-making facilities, microwave, electric blankets, fans, heating and 5-channel Sky TV. 1 unit with access facilities. Free broadband internet use. High chair and cot available.

7 of these units contain fresh-fill double spa baths for your enjoyment. We have off-street parking, guest laundry, fax service and continental breakfasts available. All major credit cards accepted.
