This magnificent heritage house has panoramic views of the harbour, ocean and town. Within walking distance to the penguin colonies, restaurants and town centre. Ideal for cyclists at the end of the Alps 2 Ocean Cycle Trail. This large character home has been diligently renovated by the owner to provide modern hotel facilities with the bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms and quality king/twin beds. Guests receive southern hospitality and experience an historic era of magnificent building. We endeavour to cater for individual's requirements. The house layout makes an ideal venue for group bookings like: large families, wedding parties, corporate, seminars, elite sports teams, etc, where the whole house is available to rent for several days or weekly. The breakfast option offers a choice of full cooked; part cooked; continental; or lodging only. Dinner can be provided by prior arrangement. Corporate Lodging is available with full board and hotel room service provided (breakfast, lunch, dinner, laundry) both short and long term. Bed and Breakfast Association New Zealand.
