Picton House Bed and Breakfast (previously Marineland Heritage House B&B) is a traditional English style B&B offering accommodation within 200meters of the town centre & the water front. Options of super king, queen, double, twin & single rooms available. Ground floor rooms have ensuites & TV, with upstairs rooms sharing bathroom facilities. Please be aware we do not have a lift for moving luggage to upstairs rooms. All rooms have tea/coffee-making facilities, hairdryers & toiletries. Guest lounge with TV & book exchange. Wi-Fi vouchers are available. Complimentary "Picton breakfast" available, includes fruit, choice of cereals, yoghurt, fruit juice, pot of tea, fresh coffee, toast & spreads also with gluten & wheat free options. We have a large in-ground swimming pool, with seating beside the pool. It is an ideal spot in which to spend an afternoon in summer. With close access to the departure wharves for the Queen Charlotte Track & breakfast is available in time to catch the first boats to the QC Track so guests can make the most of their day.Picton House Bed and Breakfast offers accommodation for either those people travelling alone or for groups of up to 14 guests. Groups of 14 guests will have exclusive use of the property. We specialise in making your Queen Charlotte Track experience as hassel free as possible, with 15kg weight restriction we offer luggage storage for those items you are not able to take onto the QC Track. Bike storage is available & our laundry is available from 1-7pm daily.Owner/operators, Peter & Rosemary live on-site & have extensive local knowlege of the area having returned to Picton in 1991 from the Chatham Islands. House suitable for children 13 years and over. Cancellation policy applies. We are a non smoking property.
