Our modern facilities have been designed with your comfort in mind and include the most up to date communal kitchens and dining areas, new underfloor-heated communal and family bathrooms, children's playground, BBQ, luxury spa, wireless internet and Sky TV. At our place you can find a bed to meet every budget while enjoying exceptional standards across a range of accommodation, from park motels to standard cabins to powered and tent sites.

Tariff: (2 persons) Park Motel $165: studio plus bedroom units or studio only king, queen and bunk beds. Self-contained units $145: 1 bedroom queen-size bed and bunk beds. Ensuite studio units $127: queen-size bed. Cabins: family $88, standard $74. Sites: campervan, caravan, tent $50. Reduced off-season. We also offer Matai Lodge $142, superior studio ensuite units ideal for families and small groups. Each unit has its own private ensuite bathroom which includes a shower and toilet. Guests of these nine, private Matai Lodge units are able to use the ultra modern fully equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge and laundry facilities which are contained within the complex. All rooms have under cover access to the shared facilities. A barbeque is also available for guests to use.


For a great day out take the Go Milford Sound Coach & Cruise tour. This spectacular guided tour takes you via the Milford Road through the Fiordland National Park and includes a cruise at Milford Sound. All tours can be booked at Te Anau Top 10 Holiday Park.
