Our B&B is situated on 2 acres of gardens including plum trees, feijoa trees and a spa pool overlooking it all.

We are located 8 minutes from Waitomo Caves village, 6 minutes from Black Water Rafting and 6 minutes from Otorohanga Kiwi House. We are also only a short walk away from the Waitomo 18-hole golf course.

Guests enjoy a premium continental breakfast consisting of an array of cereals and muesli, Ploughmans toast, fruit toast, croissants, organic juice and seasonal fruits fresh from our orchard shop.

Each room has its own TV along with a 42in TV in the guest lounge with Sky TV.

Guests receive a voucher for a free 3 scoop waffle or real fruit ice cream or smoothie from our orchard shop. The shop is located 1 minute down the road from our B&B and guests are encouraged to call in for a visit, enjoy our produce and visit the Homestead Cafe next door. The Homestead Cafe is the hub for all tourists wishing to book tickets and offers a 10% discount. We are able to give advice on tours and eating out options.

During their stay guests are welcome to pick plums from 60 plus trees, consisting of 5 different varieties of plums. We also have a kiwifruit demonstration block next to the orchard shop which guests are welcome to walk through and pick kiwifruit when in season.
