Country situation on the edge of the city. Relax and listen to the tui and bellbirds, watch the fantails and native pigeons, or just simply relax and read. We are situated on approximately 1 acre and nestled amongst native and planted trees, shrubs with lawn and garden. We enjoy meeting people of all cultures and invite you to come and stay in our tranquil home. Scenes from 'Lord of the Rings' were filmed literally a stone's throw away. Remake of Walt Disney Pete's Dragon scenes outside our place and house 2 doors down.. Close to Karapoti Classic, Te Marua Speedway - Plenty of parking front and back of section. Sevens - just take a ride in by train and go to the sevens without the hassle of traffic. Rose Room - with TV, ensuite including spa bath $155 (1-2 persons). Totara Room - double with ensuite $125 (1-2 persons). Blue Room - twin beds (1-2 persons) $110. Kowhai & Rata Room - single bed $80. Blue Room, Kowhai Room have family shared facilities. Breakfast: cooked breakfast extra $15 per person. Dinner: $35 per person by prior arrangement. Ferry/airport pick-up at small cost. Car parks on property. Pets allowed by prior arrangement. 1st MAY to 15th OCTOBER STAY 3 NIGHTS PAY FOR TWO
